Gregory Gladwin

Oliver Richard and Gregory Gladwin run The Shed restaurant in Notting Hill London. Oliver is head chef having previously cooked at the Oxo Tower Launceston Place and River Cottage with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall Richard manages the restaurant and Gregory runs the farm in Nutbourne West Sussex where they source much of their produce.
